Presently, the School of Education provides teacher certification programs in early childhood, elementary education, middle-level education, secondary education, and special education. We also have a variety of field, subject, and supplemental endorsements available for you to consider. Peru State’s School of Education is a National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) accredited institution.
The faculty in the School of Education come with great experience and knowledgeable backgrounds. Each faculty member seeks to help students become reflective learners, effective communicators, and active problem-solvers that are capable to enter the workforce with the appropriate technological fluency skills. cannot be combined. In addition to the requirements below, eligible candidates must
be degree-seeking, reside in on-campus housing and enroll in 12 or more credit hours
each semester.
