校园公寓 consist of two sets of housing units which are available for 员工 and 有孩子的学生. 单位租赁基于可用性和先到先到的基础上。
桦树公寓
The 桦树公寓 are located on the north side of campus at the corner of Hoyt
and Seventh Street. Consisting of four units, each unit has a kitchen, living room,
bathroom, and either one or two bedrooms. 公寓没有家具。 Units are air
conditioned and equipped with centralized standard appliances including a compact
washer/dryer or washer/dryer hook-ups. 居民要为自己的电话费负责。
Basic cable, electricity, gas heat, water, and trash removal is included in the monthly
rate.
杨木公寓
The 杨木公寓 are located on the north side of campus at the corner of
Hoyt and Sixth Street. Consisting of four units, each unit has a kitchen, living room,
bathroom, and either two or three bedrooms. 公寓没有家具。 Units are
air conditioned and equipped with standard appliances including a compact washer/dryer
or washer/dryer hook-ups. 居民要为自己的电话费负责。
Basic cable, electricity, gas heat, water, and trash removal is included in the monthly
rate.
