One Stop
Welcome to the One Stop office, located on the second floor of CATS.
Available Services include:
Business Office:
- Process student payments including cash, check, credit card and assist with payments on Transact
- Issue refund checks
- Apply charges and late fees
- Provide student account and billing information
- Administer payment plans
- Provide book vouchers and answer questions about eCampus
- Lift holds related to student accounts
Financial Aid:
- Answer questions and help complete the FAFSA
- Remind students to complete their To Dos on myPSC
- Report status of financial aid and/or disbursements
- Answer questions about verification
- Facilitate student acceptance of scholarships and other financial aid
- Collect thank you letters for scholarships
- Accept financial aid forms
- Answer questions about financial aid warnings and suspensions
Student Records:
- Assist with dropping or adding classes
- Facilitate change of name and/or address requests
- Assist students with requests to withdraw from college
- Assist with completion of any student record forms
- Answer questions related to academic holds and registration
