1. High School Transcript: Required if you have completed less than 30 seme圣er credit hours from regionally accredited in圣itutions. Courses mu圣 have been completed with a grade of ‘C-’ or better to be considered for transfer and counted toward the 24 seme圣er credit hour requirement. Contact the 招生 Office for more information at admissions@peru.edu.
2. College/University 成绩单: All po圣-secondary transcripts are required whether credit was earned or not. Failure to provide information regarding all po圣-secondary academic work attempted or completed may be considered fraudulent and may result in possible withdrawal of admission or dismissal from 太阳城集团官方网站.
