Assessment should be practiced as a cyclical process, ongoing, so that we are constantly assessing and making improvements.
The Assessment Cycle steps include:
- Clarify Mission and Goals
- Create measurable program and learning outcomes
- Map Outcomes to Experiences
- Select and/or design instruments
- Collect and analyze the data
- Share information with Stakeholders
