Every August, we survey alumni focused on learning more about their experiences while at Peru State and information about their employment. We survey those that graduated one-year ago (including all graduates from fall, spring, and summer). This survey focuses on their employment including where they are employed, earnings, if they are employed in their field, and graduate school enrollment. This is where we collect job placement rates, which is based on a percentage of alumni who complete the survey. This past year we collected information from 36% of our 2018 class regarding their employment.
We also survey those who graduated five years ago (including all graduates from fall, spring, and summer). Through this survey, we also collect employment and graduate enrollment information, but we also measure the extent that their experience at Peru State College prepared them for their careers and their satisfaction with their college experience.
